Here are a few more activities we've done this week...

{Math Circus}

They enjoy watching shows from time to time. We LOVE it when they are educational too!! :)

 {Measuring Work with Inchimals}

I started by putting several items in a bin for Isaac to measure. He learned about what an "inch" is and we measured different things in inches. Then we measured our hands and feet...and both of their entire bodies. They were both excited about how BIG they looked on the paper! :)

This is a wonderful iPhone app that Isaac has really grown to love. It has really helped him grow in Math skills.

Isaac's first attempt at connect-the-dots. He did pretty well for his first time. :)

 {WAR...the card game}

This is one of his FAVORITE games! He knows instantly which card wins each hand. Pretty fun!!

And with game playing, we've had to work a lot with Isaac lately on not being a sore loser. He just gets SO upset when he doesn't win. We've been teaching him to congratulate the other person, rather than sulking at his loss. Tough lesson, but a good one that we hope to ingrain sooner than later! :)
